Return & Refund Policy

All sales made through KimyJoe.com are final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturing defects unrelated to transit damage.

To ensure the highest quality, every item undergoes a meticulous inspection before dispatch and is securely packaged for transit. Consequently, KimyJoe.com cannot be held liable for items damaged during shipping. 

In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect that our team may have missed, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. Please provide your order details along with clear photographs of the defect so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that approved remedies are issued solely in the form of store credit, as cash refunds are not provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is incorrect or possesses a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you. Please note that our policy excludes liability for items damaged during shipping, as all packages are thoroughly inspected and securely wrapped prior to transit.

Approved refunds for defects will be issued exclusively as store credit; we do not offer cash refunds.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for any items that were incorrectly sent. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition and within its original packaging.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery to request an exchange. Please note that change-of-mind exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis. Refunds
All approved refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit within 10 business days. We do not offer cash refunds.
